Military Secret Protection Act, Article 19 (Reduction or Exemption of Punishment upon Voluntary Surrender)
이 법에 규정된 죄를 범한 사람이 자수하였을 때에는 그 형을 감경하거나 면제한다.
Where a person who has committed an offense prescribed in this Act voluntarily surrenders, the punishment shall be reduced or remitted.
