Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Performance of Duties by Military Police, Article 5 (Reporting)
군사경찰은 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우에는 군사경찰부대가 설치되어 있는 부대의 장에게 그 사실을 보고해야 한다.
Military police shall report to the commander of the unit in which a military police unit is established in any of the following cases:
1. 법 제6조에 따라 군인권보호관에게 협조한 경우
1. Where they have cooperated with the Military Human Rights Ombudsman under Article 6 of the Act;
2. 법 제7조제2항에 따라 동행요구를 한 경우
2. Where they have requested accompaniment under Article 7 (2) of the Act;
3. 법 제7조제3항에 따라 무기 또는 흉기 소지에 관하여 조사한 경우
3. Where they have investigated the carrying of weapons or dangerous instruments under Article 7 (3) of the Act;
4. 법 제8조에 따라 범죄행위를 예방하기 위한 경고를 하거나 범죄행위를 제지한 경우
4. Where they have given a warning to prevent criminal acts or restrained criminal acts under Article 8 of the Act;
5. 법 제9조제1항에 따라 다른 사람의 토지ㆍ건물ㆍ배 또는 차에 출입한 경우
5. Where they have entered another person's land, building, ship, or vehicle under Article 9 (1) of the Act;
6. 법 제11조에 따라 위해성 군사경찰장비를 사용한 경우
6. Where they have used hazardous military police equipment under Article 11 of the Act;
7. 법 제13조에 따라 분사기등을 사용한 경우
7. Where they have used spray devices, etc. under Article 13 of the Act.
