Enforcement Decree of the Military Health and Medical Services Act, Article 6 (Survey of the Actual Conditions of Infectious Diseases)

① 법 제12조제2항에 따른 실태조사(이하 "실태조사"라 한다)에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2025.9.18>

③ 제1항과 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 실태조사에 필요한 사항은 국방부장관이 정한다.
