군무원인사법 제43조의2(위임규정)

징계위원회 및 군무원항고심사위원회의 구성ㆍ운영과 징계절차, 징계부가금 부과절차 및 항고절차, 그 밖에 징계처분등의 시행 등을 위하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
