군무원인사법 제26조(의사에 반한 신분조치)

군무원은 형의 선고나 이 법 또는 「국가공무원법」에서 정한 사유에 따르지 아니하고는 본인의 의사(意思)에 반하여 휴직ㆍ직위해제ㆍ강임(降任) 또는 면직을 당하지 아니한다. 다만, 1급 군무원은 그러하지 아니하다.
