군검찰 사건사무규칙 제156조(항고기록의 송부 등)

① 군검사가 항고 또는 재항고가 있는 사건의 소송기록을 고등검찰부의 군검사 또는 공소청의 검사에게 보내는 경우에는 별지 제212호서식의 형사항고ㆍ재항고사건 기록 송부서에 따른다. <개정 2026.10.2>

② 항고 또는 재항고 법원에 대응하는 고등검찰부의 군검사 또는 공소청의 검사가 항고 또는 재항고기록을 반환하는 경우에는 별지 제213호서식의 형사항고ㆍ재항고사건 기록 반환서에 따른다. <개정 2026.10.2>
