국회예산정책처법 제2조(지위)
①국회예산정책처(이하 "예산정책처"라 한다)는 국회의장(이하 "의장"이라 한다) 소속하에 둔다.
②예산정책처의 직무에 관하여는 독립성이 존중되어야 한다.
