국회법 제90조(의안ㆍ동의의 철회)

① 의원은 그가 발의한 의안 또는 동의(動議)를 철회할 수 있다. 다만, 2명 이상의 의원이 공동으로 발의한 의안 또는 동의에 대해서는 발의의원 2분의 1 이상이 철회의사를 표시하는 경우에 철회할 수 있다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 의원이 본회의 또는 위원회에서 의제가 된 의안 또는 동의를 철회할 때에는 본회의 또는 위원회의 동의(同意)를 받아야 한다.

③ 정부가 본회의 또는 위원회에서 의제가 된 정부제출 의안을 수정하거나 철회할 때에는 본회의 또는 위원회의 동의를 받아야 한다.
