국회법 제87조(위원회에서 폐기된 의안)

① 위원회에서 본회의에 부의할 필요가 없다고 결정된 의안은 본회의에 부의하지 아니한다. 다만, 위원회의 결정이 본회의에 보고된 날부터 폐회 또는 휴회 중의 기간을 제외한 7일 이내에 의원 30명 이상의 요구가 있을 때에는 그 의안을 본회의에 부의하여야 한다.

② 제1항 단서의 요구가 없을 때에는 그 의안은 폐기된다.
