국회법 제68조(소위원회 위원장의 보고)

소위원회에서 심사를 마쳤을 때에는 소위원회 위원장은 그 심사 경과 및 결과를 위원회에 보고한다. 이 경우 소위원회 위원장은 심사보고서에 소위원회의 회의록 또는 그 요지를 첨부하여야 한다.
