국회법 제47조(특별위원회의 위원장)

① 특별위원회에 위원장 1명을 두되, 위원회에서 호선하고 본회의에 보고한다.

② 특별위원회의 위원장이 선임될 때까지는 위원 중 연장자가 위원장의 직무를 대행한다.

③ 특별위원회의 위원장은 그 특별위원회의 동의를 받아 그 직을 사임할 수 있다. 다만, 폐회 중에는 의장의 허가를 받아 사임할 수 있다.
