국회법 제160조(변명)

의원은 자기의 징계안에 관한 본회의 또는 위원회에 출석하여 변명하거나 다른 의원으로 하여금 변명하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 의원은 변명이 끝난 후 회의장에서 퇴장하여야 한다.
