국회법 제139조(청구서의 위원회 회부와 답변서의 제출)

① 의장은 제138조의 청구서를 윤리특별위원회에 회부하고 그 부본을 심사대상 의원에게 송달하여 기일을 정하여 답변서를 제출하게 한다.
