국회미래연구원법 제7조(임원의 임명 등)

① 원장은 의장이 국회운영위원회의 동의를 받아 임명한다.

③ 이사는 의장이 지명한 사람 1명, 비교섭단체에서 추천한 사람 1명을 포함하여 교섭단체별 국회의원 의석수 비율에 따라 각 교섭단체에서 추천한 사람을 의장이 위촉한다.

⑤ 감사는 미래연구원의 업무 및 회계를 감사(監査)하고 이를 이사회에 보고한다.

⑥ 의장은 임원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 교섭단체대표의원과의 협의를 거쳐 해임 또는 해촉할 수 있다.
