①법 제8조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 면적"이란 1제곱킬로미터(「도시개발법」에 의한 도시개발구역의 경우에는 5제곱킬로미터)를 말한다. <개정 2005.9.8, 2014.1.14>
