Enforcement Decree of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, Article 23 (Applications for Urban or Gun Management Plan Decisions)

시장 또는 군수(법 제29조제2항제2호부터 제4호까지의 어느 하나에 해당하는 도시ㆍ군관리계획의 결정을 신청하는 경우에는 시ㆍ도지사를 포함한다)는 법 제29조제1항에 따라 도시ㆍ군관리계획결정을 신청하려면 법 제25조제2항에 따른 도시ㆍ군관리계획도서 및 계획설명서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 도지사(법 제29조제2항제2호 또는 제3호에 해당하는 도시ㆍ군관리계획의 결정을 신청하는 경우에는 국토교통부장관을 말하며, 법 제29조제2항제4호에 해당하는 도시ㆍ군관리계획의 결정을 신청하는 경우에는 해양수산부장관을 말한다)에게 제출해야 한다. 다만, 시장 또는 군수가 국토교통부장관 또는 해양수산부장관에게 도시ㆍ군관리계획의 결정을 신청하는 경우에는 도지사를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2008.7.28, 2009.8.5, 2012.4.10, 2013.3.23, 2021.7.6>
