국토기본법 시행령 제4조의3(초광역권계획위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 법 제12조의2제2항에 따른 초광역권계획위원회(이하 이 조에서 "초광역권계획위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명과 부위원장 1명을 포함한 25명 이상 30명 이하의 위원으로 성별을 고려하여 구성한다.

② 초광역권계획위원회 위원장은 초광역권계획위원회 위원(이하 이 조에서 "위원"이라 한다) 중에서 초광역권계획수립주체가 임명하거나 위촉하며, 초광역권계획위원회 부위원장은 위원 중에서 호선한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Mega-Region메가-^r리전 Plan플랜 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 mega-region메가-^r리전 plan플랜 formulating^f포뮬레이팅 entity엔터티 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Mega-Region메가-^r리전 Plan플랜 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "members"멤버즈 in인 this^ð디스 Article),아터클 and앤드 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Mega-Region메가-^r리전 Plan플랜 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members.멤버즈

③ 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 초광역권계획수립주체가 임명하거나 위촉하는 사람이 된다.

(3) Members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 persons퍼슨즈 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 mega-region메가-^r리전 plan플랜 formulating^f포뮬레이팅 entity엔터티 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

④ 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다. 다만, 위원의 사임 등으로 새로 임명 또는 위촉된 위원의 임기는 전임위원 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.

(4) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 a어 member멤버 is이즈 two투 years.이어즈 However,하우에^v버 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 a어 member멤버 newly눌리 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 due두 to투 resignation,^r레저그네이션 etc.엣세터^r러 of어^v브 a어 member멤버 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 remainder^r리메인더 of어^v브 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 the^ð더 predecessor.프^r레더세서

⑤ 초광역권계획수립주체는 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해임 또는 해촉(解囑)할 수 있다.

(5) The^ð더 mega-region메가-^r리전 plan플랜 formulating^f포뮬레이팅 entity엔터티 may메이 dismiss디스미스 or오 release^r릴리스 a어 member멤버 from^f프^r럼 commission커미션 in인 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 cases:케이시즈

⑥ 초광역권계획위원회 위원장은 초광역권계획위원회 업무를 총괄하며, 초광역권계획위원회를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(6) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Mega-Region메가-^r리전 Plan플랜 Committee커미티 shall섈 supervise수퍼^v바이즈 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Mega-Region메가-^r리전 Plan플랜 Committee,커미티 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Mega-Region메가-^r리전 Plan플랜 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

⑦ 초광역권계획위원회 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 초광역권계획위원회 부위원장이 그 직무를 대행하고, 위원장과 부위원장이 모두 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(7) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Mega-Region메가-^r리전 Plan플랜 Committee커미티 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Mega-Region메가-^r리전 Plan플랜 Committee커미티 shall섈 act액트 on안 behalf비해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 where웨어 both보우^θ스 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 are아 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 their^ð데어 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 behalf비해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

⑧ 초광역권계획위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(8) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Mega-Region메가-^r리전 Plan플랜 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑨ 제1항부터 제8항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 초광역권계획위원회의 구성 및 운영에 관한 구체적인 사항은 초광역권계획수립주체가 정한다.
