국채법 제1조(목적)
이 법은 국채(國債)의 발행ㆍ등록과 원금 상환(償還) 등에 관한 기본적인 사항을 규정함으로써 국채시장을 안정적으로 관리하고 국채 관련 업무를 효율적으로 수행하게 함을 목적으로 한다.
