국제형사재판소 관할 범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 법률 제3조((적용범위))

① 이 법은 대한민국 영역 안에서 이 법으로 정한 죄를 범한 내국인과 외국인에게 적용한다.

② 이 법은 대한민국 영역 밖에서 이 법으로 정한 죄를 범한 내국인에게 적용한다.

(2) This^ð디스 Act액트 shall섈 apply어플라이 to투 nationals내셔늘즈 who후 commit커밋 offenses어^f펜시즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 in인 this^ð디스 Act액트 outside아웃사이드 the^ð더 territory테^r리토^r리 of어^v브 the^ð더 Republic^r리퍼블릭 of어^v브 Korea.코^r리아

③ 이 법은 대한민국 영역 밖에 있는 대한민국의 선박 또는 항공기 안에서 이 법으로 정한 죄를 범한 외국인에게 적용한다.

(3) This^ð디스 Act액트 shall섈 apply어플라이 to투 foreigners^f포^r러너즈 who후 commit커밋 offenses어^f펜시즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 in인 this^ð디스 Act액트 aboard어보드 a어 ship쉽 or오 aircraft에어크^r래^f프트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Republic^r리퍼블릭 of어^v브 Korea코^r리아 outside아웃사이드 the^ð더 territory테^r리토^r리 of어^v브 the^ð더 Republic^r리퍼블릭 of어^v브 Korea.코^r리아

④ 이 법은 대한민국 영역 밖에서 대한민국 또는 대한민국 국민에 대하여 이 법으로 정한 죄를 범한 외국인에게 적용한다.

(4) This^ð디스 Act액트 shall섈 apply어플라이 to투 foreigners^f포^r러너즈 who후 commit커밋 offenses어^f펜시즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 in인 this^ð디스 Act액트 against어겐스트 the^ð더 Republic^r리퍼블릭 of어^v브 Korea코^r리아 or오 its잇츠 citizens시터즌즈 outside아웃사이드 the^ð더 territory테^r리토^r리 of어^v브 the^ð더 Republic^r리퍼블릭 of어^v브 Korea.코^r리아

⑤ 이 법은 대한민국 영역 밖에서 집단살해죄등을 범하고 대한민국영역 안에 있는 외국인에게 적용한다.

(5) This^ð디스 Act액트 shall섈 apply어플라이 to투 foreigners^f포^r러너즈 who후 have해^v브 committed커미티드 crimes크^r라임즈 of어^v브 genocide,제너사이드 etc.엣세터^r러 outside아웃사이드 the^ð더 territory테^r리토^r리 of어^v브 the^ð더 Republic^r리퍼블릭 of어^v브 Korea코^r리아 and앤드 are아 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 territory테^r리토^r리 of어^v브 the^ð더 Republic^r리퍼블릭 of어^v브 Korea.코^r리아
