국제형사재판소 관할 범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 법률 제11조((재산 및 권리에 대한 전쟁범죄))

① 국제적 무력충돌 또는 비국제적 무력충돌과 관련하여 적국 또는 적대 당사자의 재산을 약탈하거나 무력충돌의 필요상 불가피하지 아니한데도 적국 또는 적대 당사자의 재산을 국제법규를 위반하여 광범위하게 파괴ㆍ징발하거나 압수한 사람은 무기 또는 3년 이상의 징역에 처한다.

② 국제적 무력충돌과 관련하여 국제법규를 위반하여 적국의 국민 전부 또는 다수의 권리나 소송행위가 법정에서 폐지ㆍ정지되거나 허용되지 아니한다고 선언한 사람은 3년 이상의 유기징역에 처한다.
