국제형사사법 공조법 제36조(비용)

① 외국의 공조요청에 드는 비용은 요청국과 특별한 약정이 없으면 요청국이 부담한다. 다만, 대한민국의 영역에서 발생하는 비용은 대한민국이 부담할 수 있다.
