국제형사사법 공조법 제21조(공조 자료 등의 송부 등)

① 제15조제1항제1호에 따른 명령 또는 요구를 받은 지방공소청장 또는 고위공직자범죄수사처장은 공조에 필요한 조치를 마치면 지체 없이 수집한 공조 자료 등을 법무부장관에게 송부하여야 한다. <개정 2021.1.5, 2026.3.24>

② 제15조제1항제2호에 따른 명령을 받은 교정시설의 장은 수형자를 이송하는 데 필요한 조치를 마치면 지체 없이 법무부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.

③ 제15조제2항에 따라 공조요청서를 받은 법원 또는 검사는 지체 없이 의견을 첨부하여 소송서류 또는 그 등본을 법무부장관에게 송부하여야 하고, 송부할 수 없는 경우에는 이유를 붙여 그 공조요청서를 법무부장관에게 반송하여야 한다.
