Enforcement Rule of the Act on Security of International Voyage Ships and Port Facilities, Article 54 (Designation and Operation of Security Inspectors)

① 해양수산부장관은 법 제41조제1항에 따른 보안감독관(이하 "보안감독관"이라 한다)을 선박보안감독관과 항만시설보안감독관으로 구분하여 지정한다. <신설 2021.2.19>

③ 보안감독관은 법 제41조에 따른 점검 결과, 법 또는 법에 따른 명령을 위반한 사실을 발견한 때에는 지체 없이 관할 지방해양수산청장에게 보고해야 한다. <신설 2021.2.19>

④ 해양수산부장관은 법 제41조제7항에 따라 관계 국가보안기관과 합동으로 점검을 하려면 다음 각 호의 내용을 포함한 합동점검 계획을 수립하여 미리 관계 국가보안기관에 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2008.3.14, 2013.3.24, 2021.2.19>
