국제항해선박 및 항만시설의 보안에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제37조의8(시험기관의 지정취소 등)

① 법 제30조의7제1항에 따른 시험기관의 지정취소 및 업무정지의 기준은 별표 3의3과 같다.

(1) The^ð더 standards스탠더즈 for^f포 revocation^r레^v버케이션 of어^v브 designation데저그네이션 and앤드 suspension서스펜션 of어^v브 business비즈니스 of어^v브 testing테스팅 institutions인스티투션즈 under언더 Article아터클 30-7 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 be비 as애즈 specified스페서^f파이드 in인 attached어태치트 Table테이블 3-3.

② 해양수산부장관은 제1항에 따라 시험기관의 지정을 취소하거나 업무의 정지를 명한 경우에는 그 사실을 해당 시험기관에 통지하고 지체 없이 관보에 게재하거나 해양수산부 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시해야 한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 has해즈 revoked^r리^v보우크트 the^ð더 designation데저그네이션 of어^v브 a어 testing테스팅 institution인스티투션 or오 ordered오더드 the^ð더 suspension서스펜션 of어^v브 its잇츠 business비즈니스 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 Minister미너스터 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 testing테스팅 institution인스티투션 of어^v브 such서치 fact^f팩트 and앤드 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 publish퍼블리시 it잇 in인 the^ð디 Official어^f피실 Gazette거젯 or오 post포우스트 it잇 on안 the^ð더 website웨브사잇 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries.^f피셔^r리즈

③ 제2항에 따라 시험기관의 지정취소 또는 업무정지 통지를 받은 시험기관은 그 통지를 받은 날부터 15일 이내에 보안검색장비 시험기관 지정서를 해양수산부장관에게 반납해야 한다.

(3) A어 testing테스팅 institution인스티투션 that^ð댓 has해즈 received^r러시^v브드 notice노우티스 of어^v브 revocation^r레^v버케이션 of어^v브 designation데저그네이션 or오 suspension서스펜션 of어^v브 business비즈니스 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) shall섈 return^r리턴 the^ð더 certificate서티^f피컷 of어^v브 designation데저그네이션 as애즈 a어 testing테스팅 institution인스티투션 for^f포 security시큐^r러티 screening스크^r리닝 equipment이큅먼트 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 within위^ð딘 15 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 receipt^r리싯 of어^v브 the^ð더 notice.노우티스
