Enforcement Rule of the Act on Security of International Voyage Ships and Port Facilities, Article 37-6 (Performance Inspections of Security Screening Equipment)

① 인증기관은 법 제30조의3제4항에 따라 보안검색장비가 운영 중에 계속하여 성능을 유지하고 있는지를 확인하기 위해 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 점검을 실시해야 한다.
