국제항해선박 등에 대한 해적행위 피해예방에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(해상특수경비업 허가취소의 제외)

해양수산부장관은 법 제21조제1항제2호 단서에 따라 별표 1 제3호 또는 제4호에 따른 시설의 면적 또는 장비의 수량 기준의 100분의 30 이내에서 미달된 경우로서 그 사유가 발생한 날부터 3개월 이내에 보완이 이루어진 경우는 해상특수경비업 허가의 취소사유에서 제외한다.
