국제수형자이송법 제20조(자유형의 종류 또는 기간의 변경)

①법무부장관은 외국으로부터 감형 또는 그 밖의 사유에 의하여 국내이송수형자에게 선고된 자유형의 종류 또는 형기를 변경한다는 취지의 통지가 있는 때에는 지체없이 서면으로 제13조제1항에 따른 국내이송명령을 변경하고, 국내이송수형자가 수용되어 있는 교도소등의 소재지를 관할하는 지방공소청장등에게 변경된 자유형의 종류 및 기간에 의하여 형을 집행하도록 명하여야 한다. <개정 2009.3.25, 2026.3.24>

②제13조 및 제14조의 규정은 제1항의 규정에 의한 국내이송명령의 변경 및 그 집행에 관하여 준용한다.
