국제과학비즈니스벨트 조성 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제46조(교육ㆍ문화예술ㆍ관광시설 지원)

① 국가는 기본계획에 따라 거점지구에 각급 학교, 문예회관ㆍ도서관ㆍ박물관 등을 포함한 문화시설, 관광ㆍ숙박ㆍ위락시설 및 체육시설(이하 "교육ㆍ문화예술ㆍ관광시설"이라 한다)이 우선 설치 또는 유치될 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 거점지구에 교육ㆍ문화예술ㆍ관광시설을 설치하거나 거점지구로 이전하려는 자에 대하여는 우선적으로 인허가 등을 할 수 있다.
