국제과학비즈니스벨트 조성 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제22조(연구원의 운영재원 등)

① 정부ㆍ지방자치단체 또는 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관, 대학, 기업 및 외국정부 등은 연구원의 설립ㆍ연구 및 운영에 소요되는 비용을 충당하기 위하여 연구원에 출연금을 지급할 수 있다.

② 연구원은 제1항의 출연금 외에 정부 또는 정부 외의 자의 보조금 또는 기부금 등을 받아 그 운영에 필요한 재원을 조성할 수 있다.
