국제과학비즈니스벨트 조성 및 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제24조(민간투자자의 자격요건)

법 제47조제3항에서 "자본금 등 대통령령으로 정하는 자격요건에 해당하는 민간투자자"란 「건설산업기본법」 제9조에 따라 같은 법 제2조제5호에 따른 종합공사를 시공하는 업종의 등록을 한 자로서 같은 법 제23조에 따라 공시된 시공능력 평가액 또는 자본금이 해당 건축사업에 드는 연평균 사업비(보상비는 제외한다) 이상이 되는 자를 말한다. <개정 2011.11.1>
