국제과학비즈니스벨트 조성 및 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제15조(국유재산의 사용료ㆍ대부료 산정기준 등)

① 법 제31조제4항에 따른 국유재산의 사용료 및 대부료는 해당 재산의 가액에 1천분의 10 이상의 요율을 곱하여 계산한 금액으로 한다.

② 법 제31조제5항에 따라 일시불로 납부하기 곤란하다고 인정되는 국유재산의 매입대금은 1년의 범위에서 납부기일을 연기하거나 20년의 범위에서 분할하여 납부하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 분할납부 기간에 적용되는 이자는 연 4퍼센트를 초과할 수 없다.
