국제경기대회 지원법 제29조(준공확인)

① 시행자는 공사를 완료한 때에는 지체 없이 대회 개최지 지방자치단체의 장에게 공사준공보고서를 제출하고 준공확인을 받아야 한다. 이 경우 준공확인의 신청을 받은 대회 개최지 지방자치단체의 장은 관계 공공기관ㆍ연구기관 또는 그 밖의 전문기관의 장에게 준공확인에 필요한 검사를 의뢰할 수 있다.

② 대회 개최지 지방자치단체의 장은 제1항에 따른 준공확인의 신청을 받은 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 준공확인을 한 후 그 공사가 승인된 내용대로 시행되었다고 인정하는 경우에는 준공확인증명서를 신청인에게 교부하여야 한다. <개정 2018.10.16>

③ 시행자가 제2항에 따른 준공확인증명서를 교부받은 때에는 제27조제1항에 따라 의제된 사업의 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등을 받은 것으로 본다. <개정 2018.10.16>
