국유재산특례제한법 제4조(국유재산특례의 제한)

① 국유재산특례는 별표에 규정된 법률에 따르지 아니하고는 정할 수 없다. <개정 2014.12.30>

③ 국유재산특례의 존속기한에 관하여 다른 법률에 이 법 별표와 다른 규정이 있는 경우에는 다른 법률의 규정에도 불구하고 이 법 별표에 따른다. <신설 2022.1.11>
