국유림의 경영 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제15조(매각대금의 납부)

①법 제20조에 따라 국유림을 매수한 자는 계약체결일부터 60일 이내에 매각대금의 전액을 일시에 납부하여야 한다.

②제1항에 따라 매각대금을 일시에 전액을 납부하도록 하는 것이 곤란하다고 인정되는 경우로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 이자를 붙여 5년 이내의 기간에 걸쳐 분할납부하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 이자는 「국유재산법 시행령」 제55조제5항에 따른 고시이자율을 적용하여 계산한다. <개정 2009.7.27, 2015.9.22>
