국유림의 경영 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제14조(매각 또는 교환가격의 결정 등)

① 법 제20조에 따라 준보전국유림을 매각 또는 교환하려는 경우에는 감정평가 의뢰일의 시가를 고려하여 예정가격을 결정해야 한다. 이 경우 예정가격은 토지와 입목ㆍ죽의 가격을 합산한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2023.4.11>
