국외유학에 관한 규정 제29조(장학금의 환수)

① 국립국제교육원장은 국비유학생으로서 장학금을 받은 자가 제26조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하여 국비유학인정이 취소된 때에는 이미 지급된 장학금을 환수할 수 있다. <개정 2007.11.30, 2008.7.3>
