Regulations on Study Abroad, Article 16 (Revocation of Recognition of Study Abroad)

①교육장 또는 국립국제교육원장은 제5조제1항제2호 또는 제3호의 규정에 의하여 유학인정을 받은 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 유학인정을 취소할 수 있다. <개정 1987.4.1, 1988.4.29, 1991.2.1, 1992.4.24, 1997.3.27, 2000.11.17, 2001.1.29, 2008.7.3, 2014.4.8>
