국세청과 그 소속기관 직제 제24조(지방세무관서의 명칭 등)

①국세청장소속하에 두는 지방국세청의 명칭ㆍ위치 및 소속세무서는 별표 1과 같다.

(1) The^ð더 names네임즈 and앤드 locations로케이션즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Regional^r리저늘 Tax택스 Offices오^f퍼시즈 established이스태블리시트 under언더 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Tax택스 Service서^v비스 and앤드 the^ð더 tax택스 offices오^f퍼시즈 under언더 their^ð데어 jurisdiction주^r러스딕션 shall섈 be비 as애즈 set셋 forth^f포^θ스 in인 Table테이블 1.

②세무서는 1급지세무서와 2급지세무서로 구분한다. <개정 2014.3.11>

(2) Tax택스 offices오^f퍼시즈 shall섈 be비 classified클래서^f파이드 into인투 Class클래스 1 tax택스 offices오^f퍼시즈 and앤드 Class클래스 2 tax택스 offices.오^f퍼시즈

③지방국세청의 관할구역, 세무서의 위치 및 관할구역, 세무서의 등급구분은 재정경제부령으로 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2025.12.30>
