국방정보화 기반조성 및 국방정보자원관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제15조(국방정보자원의 특별관리)

① 국방부장관은 매년 법 제20조제1항에 따른 국방정보자원에 관한 특별관리계획(이하 "특별관리계획"이라 한다)을 수립하고, 이를 기본계획과 연계하여 추진하여야 한다.

② 특별관리계획에 포함하여야 하는 국방정보자원은 다음 각 호와 같다.

③ 국방부장관은 법 제19조제5항에 따른 국방정보자원관리훈련에 특별관리계획을 반영하여 실시하고, 그 결과를 다음 해 특별관리계획의 수립에 반영하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 National내셔늘 Defense디^f펜스 shall섈 reflect^r리^f플렉트 the^ð더 special스페실 management매너지먼트 plan플랜 in인 the^ð더 defense디^f펜스 information인^f퍼메이션 resource^r리소스 management매너지먼트 training트^r레이닝 under언더 Article아터클 19 (5) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 and앤드 shall섈 reflect^r리^f플렉트 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 in인 the^ð더 formulation^f포뮬레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 special스페실 management매너지먼트 plan플랜 for^f포 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 year.이어

④ 이 영에서 정한 사항 외에 국방정보자원의 특별관리에 관하여는 국방부장관이 정하는 바에 따른다.
