국방ㆍ군사시설이전 특별회계법 제7조의2(관리전환에 관한 특례)

국방ㆍ군사시설이전사업을 추진하기 위하여 일반회계에 속하는 국방부 소관 국유재산을 이 회계로 관리전환하는 때에는 「국유재산법」 제17조에도 불구하고 무상으로 할 수 있다.
