Lifelong Vocational Skills Development Act for All Citizens, Article 52-2 (Establishment and Operation of Technical Education Universities)

① 「한국산업인력공단법」에 따른 한국산업인력공단은 직업능력개발훈련교사 등의 양성 및 직무능력향상훈련, 그 밖에 근로자에 대한 직업능력개발훈련 지원 등을 위하여 교육부장관의 인가를 받아 「사립학교법」에 따른 대학(이하 "기술교육대학"이라 한다)을 설립ㆍ운영할 수 있다.
