국민의 형사재판 참여에 관한 법률 제26조(후보자명부 송부 등)

① 법원은 선정기일의 2일 전까지 검사와 변호인에게 배심원후보자의 성명ㆍ성별ㆍ출생연도가 기재된 명부를 송부하여야 한다.
