국민연금법 제127조(외국과의 사회보장협정)

대한민국이 외국과 사회보장협정을 맺은 경우에는 이 법에도 불구하고 국민연금의 가입, 연금보험료의 납부, 급여의 수급 요건, 급여액의 산정, 급여의 지급 등에 관하여 그 사회보장협정에서 정하는 바에 따른다.
