국민연금법 제103조의2(운용위원회의 회의록)

① 위원장은 회의의 일시ㆍ장소ㆍ토의내용ㆍ의결사항 및 각 참석자의 발언내용이 전부 기록된 회의록(이하 "회의록"이라 한다)을 작성하여 보관하고, 회의록의 주요 내용을 요약하여 공개하여야 한다.

② 위원장은 회의의 개최일부터 1년이 지난 후에 회의록을 공개하여야 한다. 다만, 기금운용 업무의 공정한 수행에 지장을 초래하거나 금융시장 안정에 영향을 미칠 우려가 있는 안건의 경우에는 운용위원회의 의결을 거쳐 회의의 개최일부터 4년이 지난 후에 해당 안건의 회의록을 공개하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 위원장은 국회 소관 상임위원회가 요구할 경우에는 회의록을 비공개로 제출하여야 한다.
