국민연금법 시행령 제93조(간사)

① 심사위원회에 간사 1명을 둔다.

② 간사는 공단 이사장이 공단의 직원 중에서 임명한다.

③ 간사는 위원장의 명을 받아 심사위원회의 사무를 처리한다.
