국민연금법 시행령 제86조(기금 운용 결산 등)

① 공단은 매 분기 말 현재의 법 제107조제3항에 따른 기금의 운용 결과를 다음 분기 첫째 달 20일까지 운용위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

② 공단은 매 회계연도가 끝난 후 2개월 이내에 「주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률」 제2조제7호에 따른 감사인의 감사보고서를 덧붙인 연간 기금 운용 결과를 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2018.10.30>
