국민연금법 시행령 제76조의2(출연금의 산정 기준 및 용도 등)

① 법 제102조의2제1항에 따라 출연하는 출연금은 건강보험공단이 「국민건강보험법」 제14조제1항제2호(보험료와 그에 따른 징수금의 징수업무에 한정한다) 및 제10호에 따라 수행하는 전체 징수업무 중에서 연금보험료와 그에 따른 징수금의 징수업무(이하 "징수위탁업무"라 한다)가 차지하는 비율을 기준으로 보건복지부장관이 산정한다. 이 경우 징수위탁업무가 차지하는 비율은 보건복지부장관이 고용노동부장관과 협의하여 정한다. <개정 2013.8.6>

② 건강보험공단은 제1항의 기준에 따라 산정한 출연금 요구서에 사업운영계획서 등 증빙서류를 첨부하여 매년 5월 31일까지 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Health헬^θ스 Insurance인슈^r런스 Service서^v비스 shall섈 submit서브밋 a어 request^r리퀘스트 for^f포 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 calculated캘큘레이티드 according어코딩 to투 the^ð더 criteria크^r라이티^r리아 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 by바이 May메이 31 each이치 year,이어 attaching어태칭 supporting서포팅 documents다큐먼츠 such서치 as애즈 a어 business비즈니스 operation아퍼^r레이션 plan.플랜

③ 보건복지부장관은 출연금이 확정된 때에는 건강보험공단에 통보하여야 한다.

(3) When웬 the^ð더 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 have해^v브 been빈 finalized,^f파이널라이즈드 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 Health헬^θ스 Insurance인슈^r런스 Service.서^v비스

④ 건강보험공단은 출연금을 다음 각 호의 용도로만 사용하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 Health헬^θ스 Insurance인슈^r런스 Service서^v비스 shall섈 use유스 the^ð더 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 only온리 for^f포 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 purposes:퍼퍼시즈

⑤ 보건복지부장관은 건강보험공단이 출연금을 제4항의 용도 외로 사용한 경우에는 그에 해당하는 금액을 회수하여야 한다.

(5) Where웨어 the^ð더 Health헬^θ스 Insurance인슈^r런스 Service서^v비스 has해즈 used유즈드 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 for^f포 purposes퍼퍼시즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 those^ð도우즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4), the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 shall섈 recover^r리커^v버 the^ð더 corresponding코^r러스판딩 amount.어마운트

⑥ 건강보험공단은 매 분기(分期)의 다음 달 10일까지 그 분기의 출연금 집행실적을 보건복지부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.

(6) The^ð더 Health헬^θ스 Insurance인슈^r런스 Service서^v비스 shall섈 report^r리포트 the^ð디 execution엑서큐션 of어^v브 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 for^f포 each이치 quarter쿼터 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 by바이 the^ð더 10th티에이치 of어^v브 the^ð더 month먼^θ스 following^f팔로잉 that^ð댓 quarter.쿼터
