국민연금법 시행규칙 제12조의3(실업에 대한 가입기간 추가 산입에 따른 연금보험료 납부고지)
공단은 제12조의2제1항에 따른 신청인에게 영 제25조의3제2항에 따른 본인부담 연금보험료의 납부를 고지하는 경우에는 매회 납부기한 10일 전까지 납부고지서를 발급하여야 한다.
