국민연금과 직역연금의 연계에 관한 법률 제8조의2(재직기간 합산 시 종전 연계의 취소)

① 제8조제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 국민연금가입기간과 직역재직기간의 연계를 신청한 연금가입자(연금가입자였던 자를 포함한다)가 다시 직역연금에 가입하여 직역연금법에 따라 직역재직기간의 합산이 인정된 경우에는 종전의 국민연금가입기간과 직역재직기간의 연계는 취소된 것으로 본다. <개정 2015.12.29>

② 제1항에 따라 종전의 국민연금가입기간과 직역재직기간의 연계가 취소된 경우 반납금의 반환에 필요한 사항은 제8조제5항 및 제6항을 준용한다.
