국민여가활성화기본법 제8조(조사 및 연구)

국가와 지방자치단체는 국민여가활동실태조사(직장인의 여가를 위한 휴가사용실태조사를 포함한다)를 비롯한 여가 활성화에 필요한 조사 및 연구를 실시하여야 하며, 이를 위하여 필요한 경우 전담 조사연구기관을 지정하거나 민간에 조사 및 연구를 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2016.12.20>
